Destruction of Stored Material
When old files need to be destroyed, shredding box contents can save you
time and costs.
If you're one of our records storage clients, then we can help you with
retention scheduling. Once your documents are in our warehouse and pass
their pre-determined retention period, we can slate them for
destruction.
We will shred slated boxes upon request from an authorized
representative of your company. We will always require a written
confirmation and/or signature to prevent accidental destruction. Once
the destruction request process is completed, we remove each box from
the records center and shred it on-site. ARM then mails you a
certificate of destruction at the completion of this service. |

Purge Services – Boxes or Bins
If your home or office is in need of a clean up -- whether you have a
few boxes or a few hundred boxes – Access Records can pickup the boxes
and deliver them to our facility where they undergo the shredding
process.
Or maybe your situation is such that you'd rather skip the boxes
altogether and have Access Records Management place one of our shred
bins on site at your office? Our large locked consoles hold up to
300-lbs of your confidential paper.
Scheduled Pick-Ups
We deliver a locked container to your office and you place all of your
confidential papers into it. Weekly, or at some other pre-determined
interval, our driver will visit your office to remove the bin’s contents
for secure destruction.
We provide full chain of custody at pickup time, and mail a certificate
of destruction to you once the contents have been completely shredded.
This service includes the locked container, scheduled pickups, and
certified destruction of the bin’s contents. Discounts are available for
clients who wish to have bi-monthly or monthly pickups.
